For wired video doorbells, we test compatibility with your existing chime transformer. Many models work with standard AC chimes. Where the existing chime is incompatible, we can advise on using the included plug-in chime or the app alert system instead.
Video doorbells need a strong Wi-Fi signal to stream reliably. We test the signal strength at your installation point before mounting. If the signal is weak, we'll advise on a Wi-Fi extender placement to ensure stable performance.
We configure the free features included with your doorbell fully. Cloud storage subscriptions (such as Ring Protect or Eufy Security) are handled through your account and are separate from our installation service — but we'll guide you through how to activate them.
Any installation-related issue within 30 days is covered under our service guarantee. We will return and resolve the problem at no additional charge. Hardware faults (manufacturer defects) would be covered under the product's warranty.
