1. 30-Day Workmanship Guarantee
Parashar Global stands behind the quality of every installation we perform. We offer a 30-day workmanship guarantee on all services β TV mounting, camera installation, and smart doorbell setup.
If you experience any of the following within 30 days of your service date, we will return and fix the issue at no additional charge:
- TV or device falls due to mounting failure (bracket loosening, anchor pull-out)
- Cables come loose or disconnect from our installation
- Mount alignment is clearly incorrect (e.g., crooked, unstable)
- Camera drops from its mounted position due to our bracket installation
- Doorbell disconnects from wiring we connected
This guarantee covers workmanship defects only. It does not cover damage caused by customer misuse, third-party tampering, power surges, or pre-existing structural issues in the customer's walls or wiring.
2. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund or no-cost re-service in the following situations:
- Installation defect: The installation fails within 30 days due to a fault in our technician's workmanship. We will first offer a free re-service visit. If the issue cannot be corrected, a full refund will be issued.
- Service not delivered: If our technician fails to arrive within the confirmed appointment window (and you were present and reachable) without rescheduling in advance, you are entitled to a full refund or priority rebooking.
- Incorrect service billed: If you were charged for a service that was not performed or a higher tier than agreed, we will correct the invoice and refund the difference.
- Timely cancellation: Cancellations made 2 or more hours before the scheduled appointment time qualify for a full refund of any advance payment.

4. Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your appointment at no charge provided you notify us at least 2 hours before the original appointment time.
Rescheduling less than 2 hours before the appointment may result in a rescheduling fee of $49 to cover technician dispatch costs.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
- Customer changes mind after the installation is completed and is functioning correctly
- Device malfunction due to a defect in the device itself (not our installation)
- Damage caused after our technician has left and the installation was working at the time of completion
- Wi-Fi connectivity or app performance issues unrelated to the installation work
- Issues arising from the customer's own modifications to the installation
- Cosmetic damage to walls from drilling that is consistent with standard installation practice and was discussed prior to work
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment
- No-shows where the technician arrived at the confirmed location
6. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or warranty service request, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact us within 30 days of your service date (for workmanship issues) or within 24 hours of a missed appointment.
- Step 2: Provide your booking reference number, service date, and a brief description of the issue. Photos or videos of the problem are helpful.
- Step 3: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and respond with a resolution β either a scheduled re-service visit or a refund confirmation.
- Step 4: If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7β10 business days.

7. Refund Processing Timeline
- Card / Bank Transfer: 2β5 business days after approval
- Cash payments: Arranged via bank transfer within 3 business days after approval
